1. Site and products
This website describes Windows utilities published by Jony Sun trading as Jony's Utilities. Product-specific End User License Agreements (EULAs) apply when you install or activate software.
2. License grant (summary)
A valid purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the named product on computers you own or control, within the seat limit stated at purchase (default two seats unless otherwise noted). Trial builds may limit features, days, or runs.
3. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering except where mandatory law allows.
- No renting the software or offering it as a hosted service to third parties.
- No sharing, publishing, or selling license keys.
- No removing proprietary notices.
4. Payments
Checkout is handled by our Merchant of Record (Paddle). Taxes and invoices follow their process. See our Refund Policy.
5. Disclaimer
Software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Output that involves localization or translation requires human review.
