What our products do

We publish Windows desktop utilities. File processing generally happens on your computer, except where a feature explicitly needs the internet (for example optional machine translation).

Information we may collect

• Email address — if you contact support or purchase a license.
• Purchase / license metadata — order id, license status, and related records from our Merchant of Record.
• Diagnostic data you send us — for example log excerpts attached to a support request.
• Website analytics — basic page views or referrer if enabled. We do not sell personal data.

We do not require an account for offline desktop features.

How we use information

• Deliver products, licenses, and support.
• Improve reliability and documentation.
• Comply with law and prevent abuse (fraud, license misuse).

Third parties

Checkout is processed by our Merchant of Record (Paddle). Their privacy policy applies to payment data.

Optional online features may send limited text to third-party APIs; you control when those features run.

Retention & choices

Support mail and license records are kept as long as needed for the purpose collected and ordinary accounting. You may request deletion of support email by contacting us. Uninstall the desktop app to stop local processing.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 16.
