Refund Policy

One-time licenses

Unless a product page says otherwise, our Windows utilities are sold as one-time purchases (reference list price about $19.90 USD, subject to checkout).

Refund window

If you bought by mistake or the software cannot run on a supported Windows 10/11 (64-bit) PC after reasonable troubleshooting, email support@jonysun.com within 14 days of purchase with:

• Order email / order id
• Short description of the problem
• Optional: a log snippet (do not send your private image files)

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider (Paddle).

What is not normally refunded

• Change of mind after the refund window.
• Unsupported OS, modified/cracked copies, or refusal to follow install instructions.
• Dissatisfaction with machine-translation quality alone, where the product expects human proofreading.
